• All International enquiries / bookings MUST be handled through the online form and NOT by phone.
• Booking requests without receipt of deposit will not be registered by the Centre or marked into the calendar.
  
• Peak season is defined as July to August inclusive.
• For weekends during peak season the cottage or use of the cottage must be booked for the full weekend.
• For peak season bookings the balance of the fee is to be paid minimum of 28 days before camp. Failure to pay the balance before 28 days of your camp will result in forfeit of deposit and cancellation of booking.
• All bills must be settled in full before departing the Centre.
• With the exception of guide dogs no animals are to be brought onto the site.
